4 针对铝板行业裁剪时铝末粘刀问题，我公司模具高级工程师成功开发出一款波形裁剪模 具，解决了这一困扰铝板质量的难题。

5 上、下模之间的刀口间隙确保在0.005~0.01mm

6 模具的冲裁最高速度每分钟达220次。

7 单次刀模寿命达300万次。

8 裁切产品毛刺≤0.02MM。

9最大剪切宽度1200mm。

Description of Product:

1. Japanese SKD11 material, with hardness between 63 and 67HRC, has good abrasion resistance, impact resistance and is not easily transformed.
2. The product adopts Japanese imported high precision guide pin and guide bushing, ensuring the minimum clearance of die and long lifetime of key components.
3. Our company has many senior engines who design the structure of the die elaborately, which ensures the rationality and stableness of the die while shearing at high speed.
4. To overcome the problem that aluminum powders sticks to blades in cutting, our engineers developed a type of scroll cutting die and solved the problem which interferes with the aluminum plate.
5. The clearance between upper and lower die is from 0.005 to 0.01mm.
6. The cutting frequency of the die is 220times per minute
7. The lifespan of alloy steel cutting die can reach 3 million times.
8. The burrs of cut product are lower than 0.02mm.
9. Max cutting width is 1200 mm.
