紫外激光器的特点
·紫外光聚焦光斑极小,且加工热影响区微乎其微,因而主要用于超精细打标、特殊材料打标及雕刻。
·紫外激光脉冲重复频率高(可调节范围10KHz到200KHz),相同时间内点精度高,配合振镜打标速度快、效率高,且加工效果更好。
·紫外光子直接破坏许多非金属材料表面的分子键,用这种“冷”光蚀处理技术加工出来的部件具有光滑的边缘和最低限度的碳化。并且紫外激光的短波长本身的特性对金属和聚合物的机械微处理具有优越性。

Uv Laser features
· The focused spot of UV Laser is very small and processing is minimal heat affected zone, which is mainly used for ultra-fine marking, marking and engraving special materials.
· Because of the high pulse repetition frequency (adjustable range of 10KHz to 200KHz),the point density is much higher within the same time. Meeting the scan, the marking speed is high, efficiency, and better processing.
· Uv photon can directly damage sub-surface molecules in many non-metallic materials. Using this "cold" light eclipse processing technology process the parts with smooth edges and a minimum of charring. Because of short wavelength characteristics, metal micro-processing and polymer micro-processing has the advantage.
