半导体侧面泵浦激光打标机原理

  半导体侧面泵浦激光打标机是采用先进的激光耦合技术，将波长808nm的半导体激光耦合进Nd：YAG晶体，使其产生大量的反转粒子，在Q开关作用下形成波长1064nm的高能激光脉冲输出，通过电脑控制振镜偏转改变激光束光路实现自动打标。
