Operating principle and scope of application

4YG-1B straw harvester is farm machinery that driving by the tractor PTO shaft. The machine carry out operation of removing by the rotary motion of rotary knifes, which have different rotation direction and migrating motor complex of machines and tools. To improve the quality of removing and removing the weeds of ridge and field ditch, the machine installed two cutter heads in the front of the removal mechanism. The features of the machine is that it can accomplish the work of pulling out stalks, cleaning away soil, smoothing ridge, covering weeds all at once, efficient and super quality. The machine can equip tractor of 25.7-29.4kw and the transmission is all-geared drive. The features of structure are that the rigidity of the machine is well and the operation is reliable.

The machine is more suitable for working in the soil which the absolute water content is not enough 20%, especially is appropriate for removing of straw.
