KCZ系列正压过滤机有脏液箱、净液箱、加压腔、工作泵组、电控系统、传动系统、气动系统、过滤介质等组成。

脏切削液经过过滤泵的抽吸进入加压腔，加速通过过滤介质层，形成滤饼，随后滤饼参与过滤过程，干净的切削液形成。当机器达到设定的过滤临界值时，系统将自动更新过滤介质，排除滤饼，进入下一个工作循环。

机器可以选配滤饼吹（吸）干装置、滤饼挤干装置、集屑车斗、变频供液、除油杀菌、自动配液等辅助设施，机器由PLC控制，全自动智能运行。
