型号 PV7 的液压泵是变量叶片泵。
主要由泵体、转子、叶片、定子环、压力控制器和调节螺栓组成。圆形的定子环夹持在小调节活塞和大调节活塞之间。此环的第三个接触点是高度调节螺栓。被驱动的转子在定子环内转动。转子槽内的叶片由于离心力的作用压在定子环上。

力士乐REXROTH叶片泵吸油和排油过程
用来传递油液的腔由叶片、转子、定子环和配油盘形成。
为了在投入使用时确保泵的运行功能,定子环由大调节活塞后面的弹簧压在其偏心位置 (排油位置)。

当转子转动时,油腔的容积增大,并且通过吸油通道吸油。当油腔达到大容积时,它脱离吸油侧。转子继续转动,此腔和压油侧接通,并使其容积减小,通过压油通道压油到系统。


类型 PV7...A 液压泵是直动式叶片泵,其排量体积可调。
基本上由壳体,盖板,转子,叶片,定子环,压缩弹簧,调整螺钉和控制板组成。为限制大流量,该泵配有调节螺钉。驱动转子在定子环中旋转。转子中导入的叶片在离心力的作用下贴紧定子环的内跑合面。
吸油和排油过程
运输流体所需的腔室由叶片,转子,定子环,控制板和盖板组成。
转子旋转时室体积增加,腔室通过吸油通道填充流体。达到大室体积后,腔室从吸油侧分离。
随着转子继续旋转,高压流体侧的连接打开,腔室缩小并迫使流体通过压力油口进入系统。
压力控制
定子环由弹簧固定在其初始的偏心位置。系统中所需的大工作压力是在调节螺钉处通过弹簧设定。增大的压力是由于对抗弹簧力的工作阻力作用于定子
环内跑合面的压力侧而产生的。
达到相关压力(由设定的弹簧力决定)后,定子环朝零位置的方向移出其偏心位置。流量自我调节至当时所需的值。当达到
弹簧处设置的大设定压力时,泵会将流量调回至几乎为零。工作压力得到保持,且仅更换泄露流体。流体的损失和加热从而降至低水平。

剪叉式高空作业平台行走液压系统。
行走液压系统主用来实现剪叉式高空作业平台平稳行走,通过相应液压元件的控制,可实现行走制动的启停及高低速行走。电机泵为整个行走系统提供动力,过滤器用来过滤液压回油,调压阀用来控制整个行走液压系统的压力,制动器用来实现行走的启停,通过电磁换向阀与电磁换向阀配合使用,可实现剪叉前进与后退高低速行走,通过单向阀和的配合使用,可以防止马达在系统停止供油时继续行走出现吸空,保证马达侧管路充满液压油。

工程机械行走制动系统必须保证在恶劣条件下仍具有良好的制动性能,并要求操纵轻便和高可靠性。目前大多数工程机械的制动系统采用气顶油的
结构型式,以实现车辆的高压制动效能。近年来,国外工程机械出现采用全液压制动的方式,其主要.优点是系统的制动压力高,产生的制动力矩大,制动灵敏,且液压管路为全封闭的回路,污染性也很小。

液压制动系统一般由制动传动装置和制动执行元件两部分组成。前者将制动踏板控制的动力源传递给制动执行元件;后者是装在车轮上的制动器,它将传动装置传来的动力变成摩擦力矩。

双回路液压制动系统原理,该系统中的双路蓄能器充液阀控制蓄能器的充油量和压力。蓄能器的充油量和高制动压力则根据制动器的用油量、制动力和紧急制动的次数来决定。充液阀的流量和压力预设一上限值,当蓄能器的压力达到该值时,充液阀使系统中的一少部分油回流,给蓄能器充压,蓄能器的压力达到设定值时,液压泵卸荷。系统中的充液阀同时给两个蓄能器供油,当油泵出现故障时,两个蓄能器分别给两个回路的制动器供油,既同时工作又互不影响。另外,系统中设置的低压开关可以随时提醒驾驶员,当蓄能器的压力连续下降,并低于报警开关的预定值时,应检查液压制动系统,注意安全。
