网格砂布由重力植砂或静电植砂将碳化硅或氧化铝磨料涂覆在网上，专门用于干板墙、石膏板及墙体粉刷前的打磨处理，还可应用于各种金属表面除锈、研磨、抛光处理，由于锋利的打磨性能，还可广泛用于其它材质的抛光，如木材、大理石、各种机械设备等。该产品具有柔软和防水等性能，可以打磨各种规则或不规则表面，同时具有良好的磨削、排屑性能且两面都覆盖有磨料，能双面使用，而且还可以水洗晾干后继续使用，其磨削效率和使用期限都比一般的砂布、砂纸长，由于不同物体表面粗糙程度不一致，我们研制了不同粒度的砂网，用户可以根据需要选用不同粒度的网格砂布。
