白色小薄片状，溶于苯、甲苯、酮及酯类有机溶剂，密度约为1.34 g／cm。，爆发点为1 57。C。遇火易燃烧，加热易分解，可与酸、碱反应。

Nitrocellulose chips is small white flake, in organic solvent such as ketone, ester, alcohol ether etc, with density 1.34g/m3 and explosion point 157℃. It is ready to combust on encountering fire, decomposed by heat and reacts with acid and alkali.

1、 外观 Appearance
　白色薄状片，无明显可见杂质。Small white flake, no containing on visible foreign matters
2、 按所用硝化棉含氮量分为三类 The product can be divided into three types depending on the nitrogen content of nitrocellulose used.
　L：nitrogen content 10.8—11.3 ％
　H：nitrogen content 11.5—12.2 ％
　M：nitrogen content 11.3—11.8 ％
3、主要用于涂料、制革、印制及防潮玻璃纸等。
