Clause 4. Base Price条款四. 基价

PAYMENT :

Buyer will issue SBLC/BG of 100% value of three (3) monthly shipments to Seller upon signing the contract and SBLC/BG is to be valid for 1 year and 1 day. Payment for each monthly shipment shall be by T/T against the CIQ inspection report at the Discharge port as final weight and quality measures.

合同签订后，买方给卖方开具100%三个月交货总量金额的SBLC/BG，有效期为一年零一天。当作为最终重量和质量的标准的卸货港CIQ检测报告出来后，买方经TT支付每月出货的货款。

All banking fees outside opening bank should be paid by the Seller.

开户行外的所有银行费用又卖方承担。

Seller shall open 2% Performance Bond (PB) equivalent to 2% of first one shipment value to buyer upon receiving of pre-active SBLC/BG. SBLC/BG is activated once PB is received by Buyer’s bank. The PB is valid till first shipment is done and received by buyer.

The formats of SBLC/BG and PB shall be acceptable by both buyer and seller in advance before the actual issuance of these bankable instruments. Seller has the right to designate or assign not more than two beneficiaries of the payment.

卖方在收到激活前的SBLC/BG后开出相当于第一次出货总值的2%的PB给买方，买方银行收到PB后SBLC/BG自动激活。PB有效期持续到买方收到第一船货物。

买卖双方要在银行能接受的工具实际发行之前先接受SBLC/BG和PB的格式，卖方有权指定或指派不超过2个人作为付款的受益人。
