Sparkling Process: The sparkling process is carried out
by using the "Charmat" method at a
controlled temperature.

yellow.
Bouquet: Delicate, aromatic, typical; sometimes
it presents sage signs.
Flavour: Aromatic, delicate and sweet, balanced.
