Cautions:

« 建议在叉车上加装该属具应得到叉车生产商的书面同意

« Written agreement with forklift truck manufacturer is recommended when adding this product onto forklift truck

« 货叉加长后的长度不得超出原货叉长度的150%，即加长货叉不得安装于长度小于“最小适合货叉长度”的原货叉上

« The length of extended forks must not exceed 150% of its original length, which means the fork extend must not be installed at any shorter than the “Minimum Applicable Fork Length”

« 使用过程中必须考虑叉车的载荷衰减曲线图（载荷中心距，起升高度和剩余载荷的关系），确保安全

« Loading Attenuation Curve (shows the relationship among load centre distance, lifting height and  surplus load) should be considered during operation to ensure safety

« 加长货叉每超出原货叉25mm，载重量将按以下理论数据减小

« When every 25mm length is extended on the original fork, its loading weight decreases as much as following theory specifies:

« 载重2000kg的叉车：77kg/25mm

« For 2000kg-forklift truck: 77kg/25mm
