POLYLITE OD-R-449

透明铸塑品用的不饱和聚酯树脂

DESCRIPTION 一般说明：

Polylite OD-R-449 is a low viscosity, non-promoted, three component unsaturated polyester resin, designed for transparent casting.

OD-R-449是一种低粘稠性、不含促进剂、三组分的不饱和聚酯树脂，设计用于生产透明铸塑品。

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION    化学成分：

The mainly reaction raw materials are Styrene Monomer, Phthalic Anhydride, Maleic Anhydride.

不饱和聚酯树脂Polylite OD-R-449的主要化学成分有苯乙烯、苯酐和顺酐。

LIQUID PROPERTIES﹝25℃﹞ 液态树脂的特性：

RECOMMENDED FORMULATION 建议配方：

SPECIAL TERMS 特别注意事项：

1.           Preferably gel time and exotherm should be controlled by additional amount of MEKPO and not by Accelerator RP-126.

必须用过氧化钾乙酮之添加量来控制最好的胶凝时间和放热量，而不是用促进剂。

2.     In case of big casting, amount of MEKPO should be lowered down to 0.3% because of excess exotherm.

铸制大型产品时，一定要把过氧化钾乙酮的添加量下降到0.3%，因为放热量过高，产品会爆裂。

3.    Casting should be post-cured after 20〜24 hours from exotherm stage.

       铸件需要经过20〜24小时的放热固化定型。

 4.     Suitable materials for molds are polypropylene, metal, glass, FRP etc. Molds made by polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride and silicon rubber produce the sticky products and cannot produce transparent products.

适合用作模具的材料为聚丙烯、金属、玻璃及玻璃钢等。如果用聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯和硅酮树脂制成的模具，因树脂OD-R-449与该等材料有粘性反应，不能生产透明产品。

EXAMPLE OF EMBEDDED PRODUCT 铸件工序例子：

1.           Mixed resin is gelled up to 7mm height in 10cm diameter and 20mm height watch dish.

将混和备用树脂OD-R-449倒入直径10厘米、高20毫米的圆形模具达至7毫米高，固化形成第一层。

2.           Butterfly wetted with styrene monomer is put on the first cast. Then the resin is poured and gelled up to top of the watch dish, which is sealed with glass plate.

把用苯乙烯湿润的蝴蝶放在第一层上，再倒入混和备用树脂至模具的最高位，以玻璃片封口等待胶凝。

3.           Exotherm is completed and the cast is post-cured for 12 hours at 60℃. After de-molding, sanding and polishing is followed.

已胶凝完成放热的铸件需进行12小时固化定型，接著脱模、水磨和抛光。

SAFETY安全指引：

1.           Polylite OD-R-449 must be kept away from open flames and direct sunlight. 远离明火及避免直接阳光

2.           It is recommended that the storage temperature should not exceed 25℃.

       建议储存在25℃室温的仓库

3.    In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water. In case of   eye contact, flush promptly with copious amounts of water and consult a       physician. 如果接触皮肤，可用肥皂和水彻底冲洗。万一浅入眼  睛，应用大量清水冲洗及求医诊治。
