生产工艺及产品特点：
l 普通型硅酸铝纤维棉，以硬质粘土熟料为原料，经电阻炉熔融，喷吹或甩丝成纤工艺生产而成。
l 高纯型、高铝型硅酸铝纤维棉，经高纯氧化铝硅石粉合成料为原料。经电阻炉熔融，喷吹或甩丝成纤工艺生产而成。
l 含锆型硅酸铝纤维棉，以高纯氧化铝硅石粉及锆英纱合成为原料，经电阻炉熔融，喷吹或甩丝成纤工艺生产而成。
Producing Technology
l Com Swinging Fibre ,adopting Flint Clay as the material, melted by Resistance Furnace,is prlduced by swinging technology.
l HP, HA Swinging Fibre, adopting HP Alumina, Silica Powder as the material,material by Resistance Furnace, is prlduced by swinging technology.
l HZ Swinging Fibre, adopting HP Alumina, Silica Powder,Zirconia, as the material, melted by Resisance Furance, blowing or swinging, is produced by seinging technology.
甩丝纤维棉特点：
l 甩丝纤维长，渣球含量低、低非纤维物质含量，未经处理的甩丝成纤工艺生产的长纤维，是高温窑炉加热装置壁衬缝隙填充材料，而且优良的可纺性是纺织品的原料。
Characteristics of Swinging File:
l Containing lube, low ball sediment, low nonfibre. Longswinging fibre without being processed is the material filled of high-temperature furnace hest-adding equipment.
喷吹纤维棉的特点：
l 不含润滑剂，未经处理，低渣球含量，喷吹成纤工艺生产的纤维是高温窑炉的填充材料和真空成型制品，纤维喷涂，纤维纸的优良原料。

• 在借鉴传统机制造纸生产工艺和造纸机械的基础上，自行开发建成了湿法无机陶瓷纤维机械化连续生产线。
• 以渣球含量极低的造纸专用陶瓷纤维为原料、经打浆、除渣、配浆、长网成型、真空脱水、干燥、剪切、打卷等工序制成质地优良的地机陶瓷纤维纸。
PROCESSION：
• On the base of traditional process of paper making and paper machinry,the mechanical product line of wet inorganic ceramicfiber paper is developed and established.
•With the special ceramic fiber as raw material which contains little residte sphere,the high quality paper is made through slurrying, removing residue, mixing slurry, long-mesh shaping,vacuum dehydrating,drying,cutting and rolling etc.
