双齿辊破碎机适用于抗压强度小于240Mpa，湿度小于35%的中硬及软物料的中碎和精碎作业，如煤、焦炭、石油焦、生石灰、硅石、碳素、玻璃管、沥青、化工原料等或与以上硬度相当的固体物产，本机器具有使用维修费特低、性能可靠、粉尘少、噪音低等特点。

双齿辊破碎机配置两个碾辊，辊面分为狼牙齿、环形齿、直条齿、大板齿等，适用于进料粒度小于1000mm，成品粒度要求10-200mm，要求粉末状少、颗粒多的中碎或精碎场合。

双齿碾破碎机是利用两个耐磨合金齿辊，相对旋转产生的高挤压力和剪切力来破碎物料，物料进入两齿辊间隙（V型破碎腔）以后，受到两齿辊相对旋转的挤压力和剪切力作用，来挤轧，剪切和啮磨下，将物料破碎成需要的粒度然后从排料口排出。

Working principle

Double-teeth roll crusher is fixed with two wear-resistant alloy rolls.Their relative rotation generates high extrusion pressure which crushes the material.The material enters into the spacebetween the two rolls,suffered both extrusion and shear force.In the crowd rollig,cutting and grinding,it is crushed into the required size and then sent by the transport equipment.
