高速水墨印刷開槽模切機(前緣送紙)

整台機器按照高要求，可靠性功能而設計製造，整機操作人性化設計，能在短時間內進行設定、修正、執行、更換、記憶功能，並以精確數據顯示。
所有傳動輥材質均為優質鋼，鍍硬鉻，表面研磨。
傳動齒輪採用優質合金鋼，經熱處理，研磨而成。模切機又叫啤機、數控沖壓機，主要用於相應的一些非金屬材料、不干膠、EVA、雙面膠、電子、手機膠墊等的模切（全斷、半斷）、壓痕和燙金作業、貼合、自動排廢，模切機利用鋼刀、五金模具、鋼線（或鋼板雕刻成的模版），通過壓印版施加一定的壓力，將印品或紙板軋切成一定形狀。是印后包裝加工成型的重要設備。
主要傳動軸採用免鍵連接，減少連接間隙，保証印刷套印精度。
機油自動平衡裝置，保持各單元油面平衡。
整機採用PLC控制，具有歸零，記憶等功能。(可選用PLC結合觸摸屏控制)
前緣式進紙方式。模切工藝是包裝印刷品最常用到的一道工藝，就是用模切刀根據產品設計要求的圖樣組合成模切版，在壓力的作用下，將印刷品或其他圈裝坯料軋切成所需形狀或切痕的成型工藝。壓痕工藝則是利用壓線刀或壓線模，通過壓力的作用在板料上壓出線痕，或利用滾線輪在板[1]按預定位置進行彎折成型。通常模切壓痕工藝是把模切刀和壓線刀組合在同一個模板內，在模切機上同時進行模切和壓痕加工的工藝，簡稱為模切。工藝介紹模切壓痕的主要工藝過程為：上版→調整壓力→確定規矩→粘貼基材輔料→試壓模切→正式模切壓痕→清廢→成品收卷或切張成片→點數包裝。
網輥；可選用金屬網輥或陶瓷網紋輥，網輥線數可根據用戶要求選擇。
