該設備是由歐姆龍PLC可編程控制器組成的自動點焊設備。可以焊接各種類型轉子換向器。人工放人轉子，設備自動夾緊、光電找首槽、焊接。

該點焊機實用於汽車電機、電動工具和微電機等直流電機生產廠家焊接電樞引線到它的換向器。將一電樞放入定位座，對準焊接部位，啟動開關。機器將自動點焊和分度，直至電樞點焊完成並自動推出焊接完成的電樞，然後操作者移去電樞放入另一個電樞在定位座，又重新開始此循環

This welder is an automatic spot welding equipment consisting of the Omron PLC programmable controller. It can weld all types of rotor commutators, manually putting in the rotor, automatically clamped, finding the trough by the photoelectricity technology and getting welded.

This equipment has the following characteristic:

Equip the independent controlling cabinet(standard 1.6m/19 inch cabinet), which separates the electrical control part from the equipment gantry.
Omron PLC controls welding cycle operations.
Parameter input by the Omron liquid-crystal display touch screen.
Welding current is controlled by the MIYACHI current controller (secondary current control) which can storage 15 kinds of welding standards.
Using stepper motor to accurately calibrate the angles, which is convenience to change the operations.
Tungsten stick of the electrode can be lengthened to 150 MM, which increases the utilization efficiency of the electrode.
The cycle water cooling system is used to cool the installing cooper billets of the main and negative electrodes as well as other heating parts.
The aluminum alloy frames and special-purpose smoking equipment to protect the safe of the operators.
