無線充電作為一種時尚便捷的充電方式，越來越受到廣大消費者的青睞，在手機、遊戲機等消費類電子產品領域正以迅猛的勢頭發展。但無線充電器卻存在充電效率低、充電時發熱量大等缺陷。為了提高充電效率、確保使用安全，目前的主流解決方案是在無線充電器發射端和接收端線圈背面貼加隔磁片。

As a kind of fashionable and convenient charging way, wireless charging more and more get the favour of the consumers, and is developing rapidly in the field of consumptive electronic products ,such as mobile phones and playstations. But wireless charging has defects of low charging efficiency and high heating value. The current mainstream solution to improve these problems is pasting a kind of material named magnetic-isolation sheet to the back of both the transmitting coil and the receiving coil.

So that these materials can meet the wireless charging under the conditions of different currents, different frequencies and different thickness.

為了在不同情況下達到不同的屏蔽效果，我們可以選擇不同厚度的材料以及不同性能的磁性片材。對磁性片的要求有：

Ø  磁性能優異，磁導率高；

Ø  磁性片在交流磁場中的磁損耗較小；

Ø  磁性片有較好的柔韌性，在貼合時不致斷裂，否則會引起漏磁。

In order to receive the different shielding effects, we can choose the magnetic sheet materials that they have different thickness and properties. The magnetic sheets are:

Ø  Excellent magnetic properties, higher permeability;

Ø  Lower magnetic loss in the AC magnetic field;

Ø  Good flexibility, and don’t be laminated when they are fixed, otherwise they will cause the magnetic flux leakage.
