汽車座椅空調系統
一． 特點：
該產品具有冬暖夏涼的特點，有三檔冷三檔熱的功能。制熱時三檔溫度分別為：51度，45度，38度。在夏天制冷溫度分別為：20度，24度，26度。不同于一般通風座椅，真的實現了冷熱雙功能。
二． 組成：
由兩個風機，一個控制器，一組帶開關的線組成。
三． 安裝方法：
1：將主駕駛的座套取下來，在座和靠的海綿上各挖兩個進氣孔。
2：將管道出氣孔對準已經開好孔的座椅的座底下的孔和靠背後面的孔，對準后將管道頭從座和靠背插到座的下面和靠背的背面，再分別與兩個風機的出氣圓孔對插。再用拉扣將管道頭部分和風機固定在座的下面及靠背的後面。通風口對準座的人平時座的較實的部分，對準後背人平時靠的較實的部分。這樣加熱和制冷效果會更好。
3：將三明治網和放在網上的透氣海綿固定在座和靠背的海綿上，如果加上三明治網後座和靠背變的太厚了，可將原來座和靠背上的海綿去掉一些。把三明治網鋪平。
4：在裝靠背上通氣管道時，需要在後背開一個槽，把通氣管道固定在槽里。順着管道的方向再開一個排費氣的槽。在它的頂端座套處開一個方孔把費氣排出去。把管道頭部的導線上的插件順于座椅下方，等待與控制器上的插件對插。這時可以把座套裝回去了。
5：將風機固定在座椅下面。風機的進氣孔向下，用拉扣把風機固定在座椅下面的金屬網上。將靠背上的風機進氣孔向外，出氣孔向下固定在靠背上，固定風機時可挖一個凹，向下的排費氣的管道可挖一個槽，同時將排廢氣管道和風機排廢氣的孔對準用拉扣固定好。將風機固定在靠背的金屬網上。
6：將控制器放在主駕駛座椅的下面，將從風機來的插件分別與控制器上的插件對插。不要把雜物放在控制器和風機上。
7：開關的安裝：
（1）：在座椅的側面，或手剎附近，或儀表盤附近找一個適當的位置開一個孔，將開關按下去。如果有預留孔時，可用刀片將孔的大小切成比開關安裝孔略小一些后將開關小心的按下。
（2）：將開關上的尾部插件與主線纜上的四芯插件對插，將線纜鋪于地腳下面。裝開關的孔大小要合適，大了開關容易鬆動；孔小了開關易損坏。
（3）：開關最好裝在便於使用和目視看得到的地方。可隨時知道工作在第几檔，是加熱還是制冷。
8：電源線的連接：
（1）：完成以上各步后，這時可把控制器上的電源線與汽車電源連接。
（2）：將黑線接到搭鐵線上，如座椅下面的鑼母下面。如鑼母有絕緣漆時，必須把漆去掉。將黑線壓緊壓牢。
（3）：將紅線接到導線直徑不小於一毫米的正電源上。在汽車熄火時他沒有電壓，在汽車啟動后有13.8伏電壓。用萬用表可測出這條線。將紅線接到這條線上，接緊壓牢。黃線接到ON線上。
四．使用方法：
開關上有一只三色指示燈，每種顏色代表着一種工作狀態，黃色代表一檔；紅色代表二檔；綠色代表三檔。
1：當使用制熱時：
（1）：汽車啟動后，按動開關有四種工作狀態，三種指示燈顏色。
（2）：第一檔黃燈，加熱控制在51度；第二檔紅燈，加熱控制在45度；第三檔綠燈，加熱控制在38度。
（3）：三檔溫度根據每個人的需要自己調節。按第四下是關，這時指示燈都滅。
2:當使用制冷時:
（1）：在炎熱的夏天使用制冷時，方法很簡單，先用手按住開關不動3秒以上，黃色指示燈快速閃動几下，這時自動進入制冷狀態，黃燈亮，將溫度控制在第一檔，制冷溫度為22度。
（2）：當第二次按動開關時，紅燈亮，這時制冷溫度為24度；且自動控制溫度。
（3）：當第三次按動開關時，綠燈亮，這時制冷溫度為26度；且自動控制溫度。
（4）：當第四次按動開關時，燈滅，制冷停止。
（5）：在夏天使用制冷時，第一檔都要按開關不動3秒，鬆手后自動跳到第一檔制冷，這時一，二，三檔才能制冷。
（6）：用戶根據夏天制冷的需要，任意調節三檔制冷溫度，一般先使用第一檔制冷。
五：注意事項：
1：要將三明治網和上面的薄海綿固定好。
2：在座和背上開挖的冷熱進氣孔不能太大，否則冷氣和熱氣容易反向流失掉。
3：將管道頭在座椅下方和靠背後方用拉扣固定好，要用質量好的尼龍拉扣。
4：管道不能打硬彎，否則會影響通氣效果。
5：風機要很好的固定在座椅下方和靠背的上方，座下的風機進風口向下，靠背上的風機安在靠背的上方，且進風口向外。
6：分別把紅線和黑線接對位置，接牢且不能鬆動。黃線接到ON線上。
7：開關要安裝到適當的位置，開孔大小要合適，裝在便於操作且易看到的位置。
8：風機和控制器上不要蓋有雜物。

1 Function
This product can be a seat-heater in the winter,can be a air-conditioner in the summer.Each of them has three temperature grades.When it is heat there are:51/45/38 degrees celsius.When it is cooling there are:20/24/26 degrees celsius.Different from other products this one could work in two different ways.
2 Composition

3 Installation
1 Take the main driving seat cover down here and dig two air intake holes through the sponge of the back and bottom of the seat.
2 Make the vent hole align to the holes on the seat.Then link it to the bottom and the back of the seat and link to the fans.Use the bunkle to stablize it.Make the vent at a good place,it will make effect better.
3 Make the net and sponges stablize on the seat.f it makes the back too thick you can make the sponges thinner.
4 When making holes on the back you need to make a groove,put a pipe in it.Make another groove on the end of the pipe,make a hole on it to exhaust.Put the wire under the seat then put the cover back on the seat.
5 Put the fans steady under the seat.the inlet of the fan should be face the ground.Put the fan on the metal mesh under the seat,use a buckle to stablize it.The ouelet of the back is also stablized on the back of the seat.Put the second fan on the back of the seat.
6 Put the controller under the driver’s seat connect it with the fans.Do not put stuff on them.
7 Switch
(1) Make a hole near the seat or handbreak or dashboard.Put the switch in it.If there is already a hole make it fit the size of the switch,
(2) Connect the switch to the wire,put the wire under the seat.
(3) It is better to put the switch at a place where you can touch.It is convenient to use.
8 Power supply
(1) At last,connect the wire with the power supply.
(2) Conncet the black line to the ground line.
(3) Connect the red line to the anode which the diameter is at least 1mm.When the car is driving the voltage of the is 13.8V.Connect the yellow line to ON line.
4 How to use
There is a three-color LED.Yellow means level one,red means level two,green means level three.
1 Heating
(1)When car is driving,there are four working status.
(2)Yellow means working at 51 degrees celsius,red means 45 degrees celsius,green means 38 degrees celsius.
(3)When you press the button for the fourth time there is no lights on.
2 Cooling
(1)When you want to start cold mode,press the button for 3 seconds,the yellow light flash for several times,then it is start to cooling the seat.The temperature is 22 degrees celsius,level one.
(2)Press the button for second time the red light on,at 24 degrees celsius.It is auto-controll.
(3)Press the button for the third time the green light on,at 26 degrees celsius.It is auto-controll.
(4)Press the button for the fourth time to turn it off.
(5)When you want to start the cooling mode press the button for three seconds,then it will working at level one.
(6)You can put it at any level you want.
5 wariness
1 Make sure that the net and sponge are steady on the car.
2 The size of the hole on the seat should not be too big or it will lose heat or cold air.
3 Use a high quality buckle to stabilize the pipe.
4 Do not make pipe has a tough bend,it will effect the flow.
5 Make fans steady under the seat and on the back of the seat.The inlet of the fan under the seat faces the ground,the inlet of the fan on the back is also outward.
6 The red line and the black line should be connectly and stable,yellow line connect to the ON-line.
7 Put the switch at a proper place where you can touch,the size of the hole should fit the switch.
8 Do not put stuff on the controller or fans.
