Application
1,Used as lining board for chute,bunker which used for deliver powder material like coal,cement,lime,mineral powder,salt ,cereal etc.because of the self lubrication and non adhesive property,the powder material mentioned above won’t adhere to the storage equipment,to guarantee the stability of transportation.
2,Recently ,UHMWPE lining board has replaced the stainless ones in most chute,effectively reduce the heating during long-term using,the working life could prolong by 15-20 times.Further,UHMWPE lining board is more easier to construct and have a lower cost than other material.

3,Some coal chute made by UHMWPE totally could lower the angle of inclination,thus improve the production.

4,When UHMWPE lining board used in chute,bucket,mining car,though working in humid and freezing environment,the merial won’t adhere to the lining board,effective reduce the unloading time.

5,UHMWPE lining board are also used in bulk carrier,powder plant,pipe line,blender mixer etc,these lining board will cut according to drawings,
