SolidWorks 2014的主要新功能

目前solidworks是每年更新一次的，每次的更新都會讓許多人很期待。熱切關注solidworks新版本的新功能。對於普通用戶來說是沒什麼差別的啦，基本上改變不大，所以舊版用起來也差不多。不過最主要是solidworks只能向下兼容，所以如果你用的版本太老的話，別人做的模型你打不開。所以還是下新版好，但是這不，問題又來了，按現在的趨勢版本越高，軟件對電腦配置的要求也越高，低配置的用起高版本的軟件，那真是一個操作等上老半天，那個糾結啊。所以電腦配置不行的最好還是別用高版本的了。

每年的未來版本預覽，都會以某種電視節目秀方式發布，今年是電視購物，去年則是回到未來模仿秀。今年8月公測的solidworks2014的主要新功能如下：

首先是在裝配設計方面

（1）在裝配設計方面：

When  choosing more views from theviewpalette, SolidWorks indicates which are  being used, and which are  missing；（在視角調色板當選擇很多視角時，SolidWorks會顯示正在使用的，以及錯過的）

Existing view icons；

Quick Mate context menu（快速裝配方式出現在快捷工具欄中）

Smart  mate delay — Components only trytomate themselves to the geometry when  the user pauses for a customizablelengthof  time（智能裝配延遲，時間由用戶來自定義，組件根據幾何形狀來裝配）

Angular running dimensions — Canchangethe dimensions, run bidirectionally, set the extension lines to thecenter（標註角度帶輔助線）

Display Style context menu （顯示樣式出現在快捷工具欄上）

High-quality shaded views （高品質陰影視圖）

Split table by row count — For a billofmaterials with many components; SolidWorks remembers the number specified（表格的單元格拆分出行）

Feature-driven component pattern（特征驅動組件方式）

Rotate exploded views（帶旋轉角度的爆炸視圖）

每次的更新軟件都更加趨於人性化，這次也不例外。

 

其次就是在有限元分析方面

（2）有限元分析方面：

CircuitWorks now supportsthermalproperties — Including specific heat and thermal conductivity（CircuitWorks現在支持熱能屬性- 含比熱和熱導率）

Residual  stress from SolidWorksPlastics— Can also add other loads for a more  complete picture（來自于SolidWorks注塑分析的殘餘應力，也能加進荷載中去了，這樣纔有全面的分析）

Link  to SolidWorks Flow Simulation —Cannow assign these properties to each  component, or automatically createheatsources（SolidWorks Flow Simulation  - 現在可以把這些熱能屬性分配給每個組件，或自動創建熱源）

Results symmetry（結果對稱）

Bolt  mapping — SolidWorks Simulationcanautomatically create connectors in  the simulation model（螺栓貼圖，SolidWorksSimulation中可以自動創建螺栓聯接的仿真模型）

然後是在草圖繪製方面

（3）草圖繪製方面：

Slots  in hole wizard — Swap out holesforslots, including counterbore,  countersink, and regular slots（槽口孔嚮導，槽口與孔特征互換，包括擴孔，锪孔和規則排列的槽口）

Fixed-length spline — Drag any ofthepoints and manipulators and the length is retained.(固定長度的樣條曲線 - 拖動點和操縱和被保留的長度)

Hardware is locked to temporary axesthatare automatically placed in the slot.（強行鎖定到臨時軸並自動放置槽口位置)

Style spline — Offers more controlovershape Replace sketch entities(樣式樣條曲線 - 提供更多的控制權外形替換草圖實體)"

然後是在電氣設計方面

（4）電氣設計方面：

SolidWorks  Electrical harness — Requiredconnectors areinstantly available, and can  be inserted by snapping them intoplace（SolidWorks的電氣線束-  通過捕捉到的地方，可以插入所需的連接器立即可用）

Colored connector pins（彩色端子）

Reuse existing harness（重用現有配線）

Clips in flattened representation（扁平表示在剪輯）

 

然後是可視化設計方面

（5）可視化設計方面：

Network rendering animations（用局域網分布式計算技術對動畫進行渲染）

Sunlight  and sunlight animations — Enterthe longitudeand latitude of any  location, as well as the date and time of day（日光和日光動畫 -  輸入的任何位置的經度和緯度，以及一天中的日期和時間）

Order-independent transparency — Forrendering that makesthe internal components visible（順序無關透明度 - 對於渲染，使內部組件可見）

eDrawings  with augmented reality —Overlay images of thedesign on live feed from a  mobile device's camera（帶增強現實技術的eDrawings - 從移動設備攝像頭對設計直播的覆蓋圖像）

 

最後是設計管理方面

（6）設計管理方面：

Environment  themes — Use precreatedthemes or create yourown; add buttons to  toolbars, modify mouse gestures（環境的主題 - 使用預先創建的主題，或創建自己的按鈕添加到工具欄，修改鼠標手勢）

History folder — Located at the top ofthe FeatureManager, lists last five features worked on（曆史記錄文件夾 - 位於頂部的特征管理器，列出最後編輯的五個特征）

Flexible Assemblies context menu（活動件進入快捷工具欄上）

鈑金設計方面：

Sheet metal corner gussets — Gussets areautomaticallyignored when gussets are unfolded（鈑金邊角角撐板 - 強化骨架時自動忽略褶子展開）

Lofted bend transitions （放樣彎曲轉換）

每一次的更新都是一個突破，一個新的開始，趨於人性化。更加簡潔方便。功能也不斷完善。據我了解目前機械設計人員使用得最多的三維軟件就是solidworks，據大多數的公司用的也是這個軟件。所以初次不如機械設計界的新人們，如果不知道選擇哪個軟件好，那就選擇solidworks吧，果斷吧這個solidworks2014軟件安裝下來。相對來說這個軟件使用起來還是比較方便的。如果是簡單的二維草圖，你會發現用solidworks畫的效率會比autoCAD高很多。以前一般渲染需要使用別的軟件來渲染，但從最近幾個版本來看，solidworks自帶的插件渲染效果也有了一個新的突破。那麼這裡就給大家提供solidworks2014版本，希望對大家有幫助。
