鎖緊式圓剪機Locked round cutter 產品說明 由上下主軸、圓刀、機座、調速電機、磨刀機等部件組成。活動支座通過絲杆轉動與主軸分離，安裝圓刀后再使主軸閉合。並用螺釘鎖緊.調速電機通過三角帶,齒輪減速箱驅動主軸轉動實現無級調速。當圓刀需要刃磨時，只要將磨刀機裝在床身上便可刃磨圓刀，使之鋒利。

Description of Product

The locked round cutter consists of the upper and lower main shafts，round blades，base，variable frequency motor，grinding machines and other components。the movable support can be separated by the screw mandrel rotation from the main shaft，then install the round blade to reclose the main shaft and screw them afterwards.the variable frequency motor achieve infinite variable speed which rely on vee belt and the main shaft rotation by gear box driving. the grinding machine can be installed in the machine tool and make the blade sharp.
