產品結構及材質說明：

1）立柱材質：採用直徑114mm國標鋼管、鍍鋅管、鋁合金管，管壁厚度分別為2.0、2.5、3.0mm，表面先進行防鏽處理后，再用進口室外聚脂系        （POLYESTEY\TCICSYSTEM）噴塑處理。

1)-Material of Post: standard steel pipe, galvanized pipe, Aluminum alloy pipe, diameter is 114cm,thickness is 2.0、2.5、3.0mm,Gush mould by POLYESTEY/TCICSYSTEM after moving rust of post surface.

2）平台材質：採用冷軋孔板不積水，規格：1165×1165mm，厚度2.2mm，承受壓力200公斤不變形；全部採用保護焊，機械拋光，室外聚脂系（POLYESTEY\TCICSYSTEM）噴塑，高溫加熱后，耐磨，不褪色，不掉色，色彩鮮艷。

2) Material of Deck: Adopt Cold Rolling board with holes.   Specification:1165*1165mm,

thickness is 2.2mm,can load 200 kgs. power without damage and shape changing. Adopt protection solders after clean by acid and bonderizing, then polishing by machine,  mould by  POLYESTEY/TCICSYSTEM, and heated in high temperature, durable, no fade

3）塑料件材質：全部採用韓國SK公司進口塑料（LLDPE）製作，色彩鮮艷有個性，耐晒不褪色，無毒、防紫外線。

3)-Material of plastic parts: LLDPE Imported from Korea, colorful, personally, anti-sun, no fade, no hurt to body.

4扣件、腳盤材質：採用高密度鋁材一次性鑄造成型，表面進行機械拋光，室外聚脂系（POLYESTEY\TCICSYSTEM）噴塑。

4)--Material of Fastener、Pads: Adopt aluminum to cast shape at one time, surface is polished by machine, gush mould by  POLYESTEY/TCICSYSTEM.
