說明：ER308L焊絲主要成分是低C-18Cr-8Ni。配用SJ601不鏽鋼碱性燒結焊劑，其焊縫金屬具有良好的力學性能，抗晶間腐蝕性能、抗裂性良好；具有不增Si、不增C，且Cr、Ni燒損小等特點。

用途：廣氾應用於石油化工等行業，如022Cr19Ni9（SUS304L）等材料的焊接。

Instructions：The ER308L welding stick consists mainly of low C-18Cr-8Ni. It coordinates with the stainless steel alkaline sintered flux SJ601. It’s welding line metal has good mechanical properties and resistance ability to intergranular corrosion and crack. It would not increase Si or C and would burn little Cr and Ni. Due to a low content of carbon, it has excellent inoxidability.

Use：It’s widely used to weld materials in many industries like petrochemical industry, such as 022Cr19Ni9（SUS304L）.

注意事項：

1. 保護氣體：注意保護氣體的純度，混合氣配比推薦Ar+1～3%O2。TIG採用純Ar。
2. 氣體流量：20～25L/min。
3. 干伸長度：15～25mm。
4. 將焊接部位的鏽層、濕氣、油污、灰塵等確實除淨。
5. 室外焊接時，當風速大於1.5m/s應採取適當的防風措施，以防發生氣孔。
6. 以上建議僅供參考，在具體操作中以現場情況為準。必要時先進行工藝評定再確定焊接方案。
