本設備通過差偏式磁盤或電子測速速偏差器，在線調節收卷速度，實現與主機線速度的同步。主要零部件選用優質材料，採用進口加工中心一次加工完成，零部件質量優越，易損件使用壽命更長。
卷繞方式採用主動式收卷結構，卷繞成形緊密，不鬆散。
卷繞同步張力採用PLC編程調頻計算方式，保持倒卷材料保持穩定張力收卷，平面交叉紋路清晰
卷繞機入料前段設計恆定線速度控制機構，保証材料進機穩定
Introduce:
This machine by magnetic disc, adjust the winder speed to be synchronized with the extruder. Main components are made of superior material and by imported CNC machine one step finished. The quality of these components is excellent and the working life is much longer.
The winding speed is above 280m/min.
