日本PYLES株式會社成立于2001年，其母公司全球商會株式會社在1960年開始進口美國產的pyles的流體液壓機器，1972年開始隨着這些產品的國產化而帶來的銷售、修理等售后活動，公司也設計系統設備、生理設備的整體工程工作。日本PYLES的成立，就是為了實現母公司的製造、銷售一體的銷售策略。成立時間雖然很短，但是繼承了母公司從1960年成立以來的積累下來的技術和信息。
