【SN-108F】

1)概 要 General Description

SN-108F はダイアタッチ用に特に開発された、特殊な一液性シリコーン膠です。
SN-108F  is one component special liquid type silicone designed especially to compatible with adhesive for die .

2)特 徴 Advantages

①  一液性のため、工程の合理化に有効である。
It is one component liquid type and has excellent storage stability for easy handling.
② イオン性不純物が少なく、耐電食性が低い。
As the content of ionic impurities is very slight, electrolytic corrosion is very low.
③ 耐熱性、耐濕性、接着性に優れている。
It has excellent adhesive strength, humidity resistance, and electrical properties.

3)硬化條件<推奨＞ Curing Condition＜Recommen t;
100℃/1hr+150℃/2hrs或170℃/2hrs

６)  取扱い上の注意事項 Caution of Handle

・ 一単に液體型のシリカゲルのため、低溫(-20℃以下)で保管して下さい。
Please keep in the cold storage. (below -20℃)
・ ご使用の際は、接着剤溫度が室溫になったのを確認后、ご使用下さい。
Please check the silicone temperature is same as R.T. before using.
・ 解凍した接着剤は、なるべく速くご使用ください。
Please use the melted silicone as soon as possible.
・ その他、取扱い上の安全については、MSDSをご參照下さい。
