玻璃鋼保溫管道 FRP insulation pipe

玻璃鋼保溫管道是以纖維纏繞管道為輸送管道，以聚氨酯等材質為中間保溫層，以纖維纏繞玻璃鋼管道作為承受外壓保護層的一種新型保溫管道。

It consists of Internal FRP pipe, middle polyurethane insulation and external FRP pipe, internal FRP pipe be as fluid-transfer pipe, polyurethane be as middle insulation layer, outer FRP pipe be as pressure-loading layer.

玻璃鋼保溫管道為泡沫塑料夾層結構。主要由玻璃鋼管道、聚氨酯和玻璃鋼外殼組成。用聚氨酯生產夾層結構的最大優點是防寒、絕熱、質量輕、與殼體粘接面積大、能均勻傳遞載荷、抗衝擊性能好等。

Polyurethane be as middle insulation layer, it has cold-resistant, heat-resistant and bigger contact area with internal & external FRP pipes, uniform load-transfer and good impact-resistant etc characteristics.

玻璃鋼保溫管道主要應用於溫泉水、油田地熱流體、城市及工廠供熱系統、其他熱介質的輸送等。

FRP insulation pipe mainly be used for transferring spring water, geological fluid in oilfield and heat-supply system in cities.
