GDS-5B 型秒錶檢定儀是一種多功能，綜合性的時間檢定自動測試裝置，它能對機械秒錶、電子秒錶進行進行檢定。本儀器採用高穩定度石英晶體振盪器作為時間基準，用AVR 單片機和TTL 集成電路為主要元件，大屏LCD顯示，旋轉編碼開關操作，滿足JJG237-2010《秒錶檢定規程》的要求，是一種較理想和實用的秒錶檢定儀。
