BRTB08WDS1P0機型適應于120T-250T的各臥式射出成型機的成品及水口取出，上下手臂結構是雙截式，雙臂，適用二/三板模具取出，橫行AC伺服馬達驅動，定位精準，速度快，壽命長，故障低，安裝機械手可增加產能(10-30%)降低產品的不良率，保障操作人員的安全性，減少人工，精準控制生產量，減少浪費，保証交期O

單軸驅控一體控制系統：信號線少，遠距離通訊，擴展性能好，抗干擾能力強，車復定位精度高，可以同時控制多軸，設備維護簡單，故障率少。

BRTB08WDS1P0 traversing robot arm is applicable to all types of horizontal injection machine ranges of 120T-250T for take-out products and sprues. Vertical arm is telescopic type, with product arm and runner arm, for two plate or three plate mold products take out. Traverse axis driven by AC servo motor. After installed this robot, the productivity will be increased 10~30%, reduce defective rate, ensure safety of operators, reduce manpower and accurately control the output to reduce waste.

Single-axis driver and controller integrated system: Less connecting line, long distance communication, good expansion performance, strong antiinterference ability, high repeat precision, can simultaneously control multiple axis, simple equipment maintenance, low failure rate.
