在多層板的製造過程中,靶孔的加工需考慮到各個方面帶來的影響,比如每層的印刷,內層的疊合及內層因溫度的變形等,必須將這些偏差進行精密的補償而鑽出靶孔.

       INSPECTA X-ray能檢測各層的偏差,它會檢測各層PAD位置,並根據檢測值建立一個新的坐標系,該坐標系補償了各內層的偏差,機器再根據此坐標系來鑽靶孔.
