CJ6完善化型電動機操作機構產品概述 Product Summary

CJ6G的推出背景。目前，國內高壓隔離開關所配用的CJ2電動機構普遍存在着不可避免的缺陷，例如∶傳動部分為敞開式結構、需要定期加油潤滑或維護保養，環境適應能力差、防護等級低、運轉時噪音大、使用壽命短等等。為解決這些問題，我廠組織科研力量進行攻關，研製出CJ6G系列免維護型電動機操作機構，該機構的機械減速部分採用為免維護全封閉式結構來替代傳統的敞開式結構，其免維護、高的可靠性及互換通用性強的特點使它成為替代傳統機構的首選產品。

At present in domestic，unavoidable defects are universal existence on CJ2 motor-driving mechanism which disconnectors equip with. for example：driving part is open structure,need periodic hand oiling and scheduled maintenance. The CJ2 motor-driving mechanism is Poor environmental adaptability, low protection level, high runtime noise, short service lifeand so on. to solve these problems,our works study out the CJ6G series maintenance-free type motor-driving operating mechanism. The CJ6G reduction gears mechanism adopts maintenance-free and complete close structure,instead of traditional open structure.Because of Maintenance-free, high reliability and strong currency characteristics, makes it become the preferred product which instead of traditional product.

2.1 與所配的高壓隔離開關和接地開關相同。

3.1 CJ6G系列免維護型電動機操作機構（以下簡稱CJ6G 型機構），由交流(直流)電機驅動，通過全封閉的齒輪及蝸輪蝸杆減速部分，供操作高壓隔離開關和接地開關之用，可進行遠方控制，也可以就地用電動控制或利用手柄進行手力操作。箱內裝設手動與電動聯鎖裝置，以實現手動操作與電動操作之間的電氣聯鎖。

The CJ6G series maintenance-free motor-driving mechanism (hereinafter short for CJ6G mechanism), drive by ac motor, though fully-closed with gears and part of speed down worm gear,supply to hv switch-disconnector and ground switch, can be proceeded remote control device,can use electric control or hold in hand operate. in the box have hand movement and electric interlock movement, electric interlock between hold in hand operate and electric control operate.

3.2 CJ6G 型機構的核心部件（齒輪及蝸輪蝸杆減速部分）密封在優質鋁合金箱體內成為一個整體，不受外界環境的影響。機構運轉時傳動平穩、無聲音、不需加任何潤滑油脂、完全實現了免維護。由於箱體及電動機外殼均採用優質鋁合金材料，機構重量輕、散熱性能好、耐腐蝕性能優良。

The core component(gear and worm reduction) of CJ6G mechanism is sealed into the high quality aluminium alloy box, that make it unitize. When the mechanism is working, it is not affected by external environment. gear steadiness，no voice，not added any lubricating oil, wholly realized maintenance-free. because box body and motor shell use top quality aluminum alloy material, the CJ6G is light weight,good in heat dissipation, higher Corrosion Resistance.

3.3 為適應各種安裝場合和安裝方式的要求以及用戶更換老機構的需要，CJ6G 型機構考慮了不同的安裝方式和旋轉角度以及不同中心高的要求，幾乎可配套各個系列的高壓隔離開關。

For adapting to the demands of installation situation，installation method and old mechanism’s replacement,the CJ6G accounts into various installation method,rotation angle and different center height, it almost match every series high-voltage disconnector.

CJ6完善化型電動機操作機構分類 Classification Of Mechanisms

根據所配不同型號高壓隔離開關產品的需要，按照電機功率、分合閘時間等參數的不同，分為不同類別的機構（見表1），另外還設置了幾種輔助功能（見表2），用戶可以根據自已的需要進行選擇（需要在合同或技術協議中註明）。

According to matching various isolators, it divides into inhomogeneous electric operating mechanisms such as motor power and closing or opening time(see table 1), we also set other accessory functions (see table 2). users can select according to demand (need to gloze in contract or technical agreement ).

CJ6完善化型電動機操作機構的工作原理與結構 Working Principle And Structure

CJ6G型機構由電動機驅動，通過齒輪、蝸杆蝸輪減速后將轉矩傳至輸出軸.安裝時通過鋼管聯接隔離開關進行分合閘。主要由電動機、機械減速傳動系統、電氣控制系統和箱體組成。

The CJ6G mechanism work by motor drive,after decelerate through gear and worm reduction, make torque hand down to output shaft,use steel pipe to link disconnector for breaking-closing operating. It is mainly composed of four parts: motor, mechanical deceleration and transmission system, electric control system, box body.

電動機為三相交流異步電動機，電氣控制系統包括自動開關、遠方/停止/當地切換開關、手動/電動聯鎖裝置、分合閘按鈕、接觸器、行程開關等。

The motor is three-phase alternating current asynchronous motor, electric control system includes automatic switch, and remote/stop/local shift switch,and manual/electric interlocking device,and opening and closing button, contactors, travel switch and so on.

箱體由鋼板或不鏽鋼板製成，起支撐及保護作用。為便於安裝和檢修，在正面和側面各開一門。

6.1 CJ6G型機構操作程序如下∶

CJ6G type mechanism operation procedure as follows:

6.1.1 電動操作 electric operating

將當地遠動開關拔至當地位，閉合電源開關使電源接通。分閘時按分閘按鈕，分閘接觸器控制線圈接通，使電動機線路接通，電動機驅動減速裝置，帶動與主軸相連的隔離開關和接地開關實現分閘。當主軸接近分閘終點位置時，限位開關動作切斷分閘接觸器控制線圈的電源，分閘接觸器復位，電動機電源切斷，機械限位裝置使機構限制在分閘準確位置。

Adjust local/remote switch to local position, then close power switch,make sure the power is applied. Press opening button when separating brake, opening contactor control coil turn on, make motor coil circuit turn on，motor drives decelerating device, rely on driving spindle which links disconnector and earthing switch to achieve separating brake. When spindle is close to opening end point, limit switch acts to cut the power of opening contactor control coil, opening contactor resets,motor power is cut off, mechanical limit device makes the mechanism accurately limit to opening position.

合閘時按合閘按鈕，電動機驅動減速裝置帶動與主軸相連的隔離開關和接地開關實現合閘，其動作原理與分閘相同。

Press closing button when switching on, motor drives decelerating device, rely on driving spindle which links disconnector and earthing switch to achieve switching on,its action principle is similar to separating brake.

在分合閘過程中，需要中途停止時或有異常情況時，可按停止按鈕切斷控制電源。機構主軸下部裝有8對接點(4常開、4常閉)的輔助開關，供聯鎖及信號指示用。

If need to stop halfway or have abnormal status during breaking-closing operating，user can press stop button to cut control power. There is a auxiliary switch which have 8 pairs contacts (4 pairs normally open contact, 4 pairs normally close contacts) under the mechanism spindle,it is used for interlock and signal indication.

本機構適用於遠動系統裝置，實現遠動，也可以在電動機構前當地操作，為此設有遠方/停止/當地開關。當機構調整或檢修時拔到當地位置，可在機構前操作(此時遠動電路已切斷)，拔至遠動位置時，機構分合按鈕不起作用，只可遠動。

the mechanism is suitable for remote control system, implement the remote control, local operation also can do in front of motor-driving mechanism, therefore we set remote/stop/local switch. switch to local position when the mechanism need adjustment or maintenance，user can operate in front of the mechanism(this time remote circuit has been cut off)，when switch to remote position, breaking-closing button is out of control, can only implement the remote control.

裝有加熱器的機構，當需要提高箱內溫度，以驅散箱內潮濕空氣，防止電器元件受潮，可閉合加熱器開關，將加熱器投入工作。工作完畢后打開加熱器開關。

The mechanism with heater can raise temperature, in order to dispel moist air in box, prevent electric component from moisture, can close heater switch, make heater work. Open heater switch after work finishes.

6.1.2 人力操作分合閘 Manual Breaking-Closing Operating

將側門打開,此時側門上的行程開關切斷控制迴路的電源,電動操作不起作用,將手柄插入即可進行分合操作。

Open side door,this time travel switch cuts off the power of control circuit, electric operating is out of control, Insert handle，breaking-closing operating can be done.

CJ6完善化型電動機操作機構安裝與調整 Installation And Adjustment

7.1 安裝前的準備 Preparation Before Installation

7.1.1 拆箱后檢查機構外觀是否完整，銘牌數據與訂貨是否相符。

Check the mechanism’s appearance whether have damaged or abnormal phenomenon. Determine whether data of nameplate is the same as customer order.

7.1.2 將機構內外清理乾淨后，用手柄手分合幾次，檢查機構動作是否正常。

After clean the internal and external mechanism,use handle to separate and close several times, Check the mechanism action whether normal.

7.2 將機構裝在基架上，安裝螺栓暫不擰緊，用鉛錘找正中心，使機構輸出軸與隔離開關軸同心，再緊固安裝螺栓。

Install the mechanism on bed frame, first don’t tighten bolts, use plumb to find true center, make the mechanism output axis coincide with disconnector axis, fasten bolt at last.

7.3 將機構和隔離開關聯接按隔離開關說明書進行。

Please refer to disconnector instruction for connecting mechanism and disconnector.

7.4 在通電操作前應使機構處於分、合閘中間位置，然後接通電源，掀分或合按鈕，觀察主軸旋轉方向是否正確，若方向相反，應立即切斷電源，改換電機接線。后旋向正確后連續電動操作分、合數次，二次迴路電氣聯鎖信號正確無誤，導電接觸可靠相關聯接部分無鬆動，機械傳動部分平穩無異常，至此調整工作結束。

Before electrifying, make the mechanism be in the middle of breaking-closing positions, turn on power, press breaking-closing button, observe spindle direction of rotation whether the direction is correct or not, if opposite direction, turn off the power immediately,change motor terminal. Make electric operating breaking-closing continuously for several times when the direction of rotation is correct, make sure the secondary circuit electric interlocking signal is correct, conductive contact is reliable, the other connecting parts are non loosening, gear steadiness, till then the adjustment is completed.
