使用東風EQ1060或EQ1061汽車配件自製底盤，裝配單缸24馬力柴油機(常柴牌)做動力，可選裝三相電作業裝置。額定起重量5噸，最高起升高度20.5米，360⁰迴轉作業，自重5.1噸（不含配重），配有高低速、離合頭裝置，爬坡能力更強勁。使用拉伸液壓H型支腿，並在支腿內部附有滑輪，配上黑馬弔車尾部獨有的第五條支腿，使弔車在起弔過程中更順暢，更平穩。該車型配有駕駛室和操作室，使你的操作環境更舒適。外型6.9米×2米×2.5米。
