碎海棉PP棉混充一體機Fiber-opening machine

用途：用於二維\三維螺絲棉、PP棉、公仔棉、普通中空棉進行均勻開散蓬鬆,自動填充到枕頭靠墊類制品，只要一次性開松,適合玩具廠、沙發廠、床上用品廠、家紡制衣廠使用；亦可以開松舊羊毛、羊毛衫、舊棉被等;配合充棉機可混合灌裝纖維棉、碎海棉、鴨絨等填充物。

工程特點：
1、自動完成開棉充棉工序，兩出棉口同時充棉，產量高充棉速度快；
2、利用大輥筒和多個小輥筒旋轉咬合,1400轉/分鐘低轉速運行,將原棉進行高達上萬次的梳松整理,且不損傷原棉；
 3、採用自動送棉裝置，操作安全簡便，連續作業時間長，維修率低；
 4、無縫鋼管主輥筒，加數個小輥筒結合作業，開槽纏繞進口專用齒條，主輥筒已做高速電子動平衡處理，左右誤差僅為0.1-1克，保証機器運行更加平穩無震動，並且機器整體使用壽命更長，維護成本更低。
