Pressing salt into the figure, middle-temperature sintering , then with fine processing. Our salt core has advantages in uniform dense, exact size and suitable settings in the piston models. The salt core is easy to flush and solve, without any solid particles. the salt core is washed with water to dissolve to form a smooth gallery.

我公司生產的鹽芯為中溫燒結鹽芯，原料採用氯化鈉含量高的優質礦鹽，分級篩選粒度。粘結劑採用耐高溫的無極粘結劑，中間加入適量助溶劑。鹽芯壓製成型后經過高溫燒結，再進行精細機械加工。本公司生產的鹽芯密度均勻，外形尺寸精度高，完全符合客人圖紙要求，與活塞模具及機械需求的異型模具配合合理定位。鹽芯強度高而韌性好，不斷裂，耐鋁水及合金、金屬水的沖刷，位置穩定不漂移。鹽芯原料純正清潔，粘結劑配比合理，加工尺寸精確，澆注液水時鹽芯不發氣。鹽芯易於沖洗溶解，溶解以後無任何固體顆粒，毛坯內部形成的內冷油道平整光潔，利於冷卻油流動。
