產品描述
水性印花色漿系列產品(Pigment Printing Pastes for Textile)
組成：水、助劑和顏料，經高度分散形成的固體懸浮體。
特點：色澤鮮艷、色濃度高、分散性好、着色力強、耐溫、耐遷移、牢度好。
用途：1、棉、麻等天然纖維織物上印花；
2、粘膠、滌綸、丙綸、氯綸等化纖織物以及混紡織物上印花；
3、皮革、木材、紙張、人造革等材料上印花；
4、內牆塗料、水泥、肥皂、合成洗滌劑、化妝品、紙漿等水性物料的着色。
用法：適應各種印花方式及工藝，如：熒光印花、噴霧印花、靜電植絨印花、輥筒印花、平網印花、圓網印花等。
本色漿系列產品可與各種常用的粘合劑配合使用，在織物上進行印花，常用的配合比例如下：

上述比例僅供參考，在具體應用中可經適當拼色和調色后，直接加到水性物料中，攪拌均勻后即可使用。漿料太稠可加適量水，太稀則可加入增稠劑。織物塗料印染的后處理，應根據粘合劑的成膜溫度，色澤牢度要求等實際情況，採用室溫乾燥，或烘箱烘乾，或焙烘，或壓燙等。控制本色漿的加入量，可獲得滿意的印花和着色效果。
包裝:塑料桶，每桶20/50千克。
Composition：This is a suspension dispersed sufficiently in which pigments solid is suspended in water with vaious kinds of auxiliaries.
Characteristic：Higher concentration, brighter-coloured, better fastness.
Applications：It is able to print in nature textile, such as, cotton, linen, etc., to print in viscose acetal fibre, dacron, polyamide fibre, leather, timber, paper, artificial leather, to tint in various materials, such as wall coating, cement, soap, synthetic detergen, cosmetics and paper pulp, etc.. All the printing methods and technology can obtain satisfied effect, these are flourescent, jet prining, static electricity flockint printing, it can be used in roller printing by machine, plane printing and circle net printing, etc..
The series of pigment printing pastes for textile can be used together with various kind of adhesive, to print in textiles, usual combining proportion as table above, that ratio and concentration can be adjusted according to astisfactory colour results and printing quality.
