本品呈乳白色粉未狀、無任何異味,乳濁度遠好于混濁劑類產品。用量也更低。具有很強耐酸、碱、鹽、熱特性,在環境PH2-10範圍內能保持極好穩定性。適用於各類增加乳白度的食品中,如奶味飲料、布丁、奶凍、活性乳、麵條、粉條、豆腐等。 
 參考用量: 0.03-0.1%(以成品總量計) 
 工藝技術要點: 
用適量的低硬度熱水分散本品,可採用高速攪拌機或研磨方法使之分散均勻,后加入飲料、食品中混合均勻。 
     注: 
    
本品在較高硬度水中分散溶解度較差,白色素聚結成塊,產生白色沉澱,渾濁度與乳白度都不夠。所以建議廠家儘量用軟化水配料,如果水硬度不是特別高,可在生產用水中添加0.1%的護色劑防止上述問題。

This product is milky white powder-like, without any peculiar smell, opaque clouding agent degrees is far better than products. Consumption are lower. Ⅳ Remarks:
This product is distributed in the higher solubility in water hardness, poor, white poly-form block elements, producing a white precipitate, the degree of turbidity and the cream is not enough. It is proposed that the best use of softened water ingredients manufacturers, if the water hardness is not particularly high, water can be added in the production of 0.1% color protection agent to prevent the above issues.
