功能與特點：

● 整機採用光、電、氣聯合控制，安全高效;可一次完成開槽、切角、分
   線、壓線、打扣手等多種工序，特別適合對異形紙箱的加工。
● 採用真空吸附輔助送風系統，風壓可調。
● 整機齒輪高頻熱處理，採用噴淋式自動潤滑，極大提高了運轉精度及
   使用壽命。
● 輥筒採用優質鋼，內部調質，表面研磨鍍硬鉻並做平衡處理，運轉平
   穩。
● 模切膠墊採用美國CUE公司進口，安裝調換快速方便，模切刀口平整光
   滑，使用壽命長，可達1200萬次左右，極大降低使用成本。
● 模切輥採用橫向移動裝置，距離為40MM；並有氣動裝置控制刀模上下
   移動，延長膠墊使用壽命。
● 採用速差裝置，無須人員介入操作，自動調整滾筒速度，確保每批紙
   箱尺寸完全一致。
