1、予分切輸紙機可按不同規格濾芯尺寸，通過變頻器無級調速及氣缸刀，可精確調整分切尺寸，操作方便，分切效果平整，有紅外線監視系統，使輸紙速度與打印濾紙的速度保持一致。
The pre-slitting machine can accurately and freely adjust the cutting dimensions through frequency converter speed regulation and cylinder blades in fifferenntfilter sizes.It is simple operated but smooth and effective.After slitting the paper,the conveyor for feeding the filter paper runs in synchronism with the marking machine by equipping the infrared monitoring system.

2、打印機可打不同折高的濾紙，印距可通過電腦任意設定，步進馬達送料使印距更加精確、調整方便，有利於折疊機打紙。此機還能在紙上打凸包，特別適合生產特種大空濾。
The marking machine can mark in different pleat sizes,the marking distance can be set freely by the computer screen,and accurately and accurately by automatiaclly adjusting the blades distance.

3、折疊機採用上、下刀交替方式完成折疊工作，刀距通過電腦自動調整，可達到各種不同折高的要求，尺寸準確、平整如一。
The pleater uses upper and lower blades to alternately finish the folding,then different pleating heights are acquired evenly and accurately by automatically adjusting the blades distance.

4、濾紙在折疊機上完成自動打點記數，折疊加工和預熱定型等工序。
After marking,the filter paper will be pleated and pre-heated.

5、此機還用於液壓過濾器上的鐵絲布和不織布的折疊，並適合多層折疊。
