■GDF不鏽鋼管道泵

是我廠參照國際ISO2858和國家標準JB/T6878.2-93所規定的性能參數，結合我廠多年生產經驗而設計的第二代高效節能產品，是替代GD型管道離心泵、IS型離心泵、D型多級離心泵等常規泵的理想產品。管道泵系列流量範圍1.5～1600m3/h，揚程範圍5～125m，分基本型、分流型、切割型等多種規格。根據使用場合介質和溫度不同，過流部分的材質變化及結構變化，設計製造同性能參數的GDR型熱水泵、IH型化工泵、使該系列產品使用得到普及，完全可以替代常規離心泵在所有場合使用。

 

1、管道泵吸入壓力≤1.0Mpa，或泵系統最高工作壓力≤1.6Mpa,即泵吸入口壓力+泵揚程≤1.6Mpa、泵靜壓試驗壓力為2.5Mpa,訂貨時請註明系統工作壓力。泵系統工作壓力大於1.6Mpa時應在訂貨時另行提出。以便在製造時泵的過流部件和聯接部分採用鑄鋼材料。

2、 管道泵環境溫度<40℃，相對濕度<95%。

3、 管道泵所輸送介質中固體顆粒體積含量不超過單位體積的0.1%，粒度<0.2mm.

注：如使用介質為帶有細小顆粒，請在訂貨時說明，以便採用耐磨式機械密封。 

 

■使用範圍

 

1、GDF立式不鏽鋼管道泵，供輸送清水及物理性質似清水的其它液體之用，使用介質溫度不超過80℃，適用於工業污水排放，紡織漂染、和城市給排水、高層建築增壓送水、園林噴灌、消防增壓、遠距離送水、采暖、浴室等冷暖水循 環增壓及設備配套等。

2、GDR立式熱水管道泵，適用於能源、冶金、木材加工、化工、紡織、造紙及飯店、浴室、賓館等鍋爐熱水增壓循環輸送及城市采暖系統循環用泵，使用介質溫度不超過120℃。

3、IH化工泵，適用於輕紡、石油、化工、醫藥、衛生、食品、煉油等工業輸送化學腐蝕性液體，

介質溫度為-20℃～+120℃。

■安裝說明;

1安裝時管道重量不應該加在泵上，以免使泵受損

2安裝時必須擰緊螺銓，以免起動時振動影響泵的正常運作

3為了維修方便和使用的安全，在泵的進出口管道上各安裝一調節閥門確保泵的正常運作，延長泵的使用壽命

4泵用於有吸程狀態，應裝有底閥，並且進出口的管路不應有過多的彎道，也不應太長，同時不得有漏水。漏氣的現象

5為了不使雜質進入泵內而堵塞流道，影響性能，應在泵進出前面安裝比吸入管截面積大3~4倍的過濾器

6安裝后波動泵軸，葉輪應無摩擦聲或卡死現象，否則應將泵拆開檢查原因

訂貨需知

 

一、質量保修：凡購我公司所有產品，在我公司產品規定條件和環境中正確方法使用下，我公司免費保修一年（易損件、人為損坏、缺相等不屬於免費保修範圍）。

 

二、廣東省珠三角區域內用戶可免運費，訂購量大可由我公司負責送貨上門；廣東省內珠三角區域以外地區用戶需要快遞送貨上門的運費自擔，客戶要求必需送貨上門所產生的費用由我公司酌情加收。

 

三、快遞代收問題：廣東省珠三角區域內用戶可實行快遞（或貨運）代收款方式交貨結算，快遞（或貨運）代收款方式實現不了的地方只能款到發貨。

 

四、廣東省以外其它省區的用戶運費自擔，如需含運費我公司會酌情加收運費。

 

五、退換貨問題：從發貨之日起算7天內可退換貨，退貨折扣是70%，換貨補差價（多退少補)，退換貨所生產的費用自行負責。

 

六、開票問題：我公司可開普通稅和增值稅稅票（普通稅稅率：8%、增值稅稅率：8%）。

 

七、物品因物流公司運輸搬運中損坏的，我公司不承擔質量保証範圍內的責任。

 

八、訂貨問題：所有產品如需訂貨，需預交30%的訂金。

 

九、貨期：從用戶下訂金次日算起到收貨地點（站點）止。

 

十、包裝：在不損坏產品為前提條件下，我公司自行包裝，包裝材料不限定。

 

十一、以上規定中沒有或遺漏的其他事項，由我們公司最終解釋。
