Scope of application:

Our products have been widely used in industrial board cutting, mould manufacturing and processing, wooden products processing, building decorating and furnishing, stone, glass, copper, aluminum and advertising products processing, etc.

Machine features:

1. The two spindles could be used alternatively and automatically and could be placed with two different blades to work one by one. This ensures the machine work more efficiently.

2. Imported 25mm linear rails, four lines of ball bearings in the sliders to enhance the bearing capacity and the working accuracy and the life of the machine.

3. The lathe is welded by thickened steel to avoid distortion.

4. Original Taiwan imported leading screws, high accuracy in working.

5. Taiwan syntec control system has good compatibility and is compatible with Type3, Artcam, Castmate, Artcut and many other design softwares. It can control the 3D-processing which process, engrave and cut quickly and smoothly.

6. Vacuum table which is made of bakelite plate(optional) has good absorption, which can strongly absorb different areas' material, high density, and not distorted.

7. Adopt Japanese servo drive system with large power. Y axis uses double-motor drive. The running speed can reach to 60m/min above while travelling.

8. Taiwan Delta frequency transformer, Simens electrical components, high performance, and perfect in anti-interference.
