The aluminum titanate has higher melting point(1860℃±10℃),lower thermal expansion coefficient(RT—1000℃,α<2.0×10-6/℃) and excellent heat-shock resistance .Besides,the aluminum titanate don’t infiltrate with the metal melt(especially the non-ferrous metals) and glass melt.Therefore aluminum titanate can be widely used in the conditions of high-temperature resistance、heat-shock resistance and corrision resistance.
