Konita Positive Thermal CTP Plate: KTP

1) Application: offset  commercial color printing and newspaper printing,or sheet fed and web printing.

Multi-grains and hydrophilic treatment (PAT treatment) provides excellent water retaining capability at the non-image area, and thus keep ink-water balance optimally

Storage:

   Store under dry and cool conditions, keep away from chemicals.

Exposure:

   Apply on thermal CTP plate setters with following specifications:

   Exposure energy: 120mj/cm2

   Spectral sensitivity:800-850nm, peak sensitivity at 830nm

   Development:

  To achieve the optimum performance of the plate ,please use Konita developer DV-T

   Developing time and temperature :20-35s, 23 ± 1°c

   Replenisher : DV-TR
