PP-R,PP,PB,PE-RT,PA11,ABS,PEXb Ployolefine Pipe High-speed﹠High-efficiency Extrusion Line is based on the years of experience of design ﹠assembly and imported advanced technique ﹠process.Starting with extruder,all the automatic machines and downstream equipments are wholly automatically controlled during the entire progress from charging to discharging.The whole line will be commissioned by the engineer from our company then to hand over to the customer,and the period of time for bringing the extrusion line into good conditions is shortened.We guarantee the completeness and synchronization of the downstream equipment to meet the requirements of extrusion.The advantages are high stability of automatic control system easy operation and easy maintenance.The dual pipe lines can be arranged according to the demand of extrusion efficiency,covering area ,labor and power consumption from customers.If corresponding auxiliary equipments added,multiple-layer co-extruded pipes with EVOH blocking function can also be manufactured.Based on the market demand,stable KR-AL-KR composite pipe and plastic﹠aluminum composite pipe can be farbricated if aluminum forming machine and gluing device are available the line change partly equipments and dies also can produce

一步法PE-Xb管材生產線是本公司結合中外實際生產，自主開發研製的管材生產線。該生產線結構新穎合理，外形美觀，運用了自動稱量配比供料裝置，水溫水位自動控制技術；採用PLC控制系統，人機對話界面，操作簡便。
高速擠出機採用開槽式機筒，水冷強制送料段，帶特殊混煉構造的反應式專用螺杆，實現了聚烯烴類管材擠出過程的高速，高效。

浙江世潤機械科技有限公司在研究現有純PP-R管材使用中存在的弊端后，自主開發研製了“短波纖增強PP-R穩態管生產線”。該生產線通過三層共擠技術，採用本公司特有設計的螺旋式共擠模頭，使短波纖維按一定規則排列，形成增強層，並與內外PP-R(或PP-B)層有機融為一個整體，達到增強（現有純PP-R管材）的目的。從而克服了純PP-R管材明裝時的懸垂現象，降低了管材的線膨脹係數。與同規格，同壓力等級純PP-R和管材相比，可節約用料，降低成本，使你在激烈的競爭中立于不敗之地。另外本公司還提供短波纖增強粒料造粒生產線，1條造粒生產線可滿足4條管材生產線用料。
PP-R stable-state pipe is an extension of the traditional PP-Rpipe ,which is reinforced by short fiberglass in medium layer of the pipe.to overcome the rigidity disadvantage of the PP-R pipe, shirun has innovated a new sandwich structure. The inner and outer layer is The pipe is made by a co-extrusion ststem composed of four extruders, three of them for pipe ,one for marking line .the uniquely designed spiral co-extrusion die could allocate the fiberglass regularly in the reinforced layer and bond the three lavers into an integer. Compared with the traditional PP-R pipe, such enhanced pipe characters highet rigidity ,lower expansion and higher pressure ,AND because of the medium fiberglass layer ,the pipe can save more expensive material of PPR.
Considering the convenience for our customers ,we as well provide the granulating extrusion line for making the FRP short fiberglass.

SR-series EVOH Composite Anti-oxygen Permeated Pipe Co-extrusion Line
浙江世潤機械科技有限公司專業生產帶阻氧層得三層或五層結構的復合管材設備，其管材結構為在PP-R 、PE、PA11、PEXb、PE-RT、ABS塑料管的外壁或中間，包覆EVOH塑料阻氧層，中間通過熱熔膠緊密粘合。阻氧管能夠大大降低普通塑料管材的氧氣滲透率，從而大大減少氧氣對管道系統的腐蝕。
所產EVOH復合防滲透氧管材具有極好的不透氣和保香性、良好的抗紫外線機其他輻射性，即大大延緩了管材的抗老化壽命，又有效地避免了管材內壁細菌的滋生；

The producionline isspeciallyused to make 3-layer/5-layer barrier pipe with oxygen barrier pipe is covering EVOH plastic oxygen barrier at the outside and middle of the pp-r, PE, PA11, PEXb, PE - RT, ABS plastic pipe , and glue with thermosol among each layer. The barrier pipe can greatiy reduce the oxygen permeability into the common plastic pipe ,and therefore reduce the corrosion of the oxygen on the pipe system.
EVOH Composite Anti- oxygen Permeated Pipe has many advantages such as excellent non-permeability and scent preservation,good anti-ultraviolet ray and other radiations,enlarging the pipe"s lifespan for anti-aging and effecively breeding of germ in the inside wall of pipe.
