      NO.199鋼索潤滑保護劑是專門為採礦業、建築業、海運業中使用的各種類型的鋼索而特製的抗極壓液態潤滑劑，它能在寬溫度範圍之下都具有更長的使用壽命。

      NO.199鋼索潤滑保護劑是高粘度指數石蠟基油、合成基油、滲透潤滑油的混合物。之所以選擇這些油，是因為它們具有強粘着性、油膜形成特點、異常好的濕潤性和快速滲透性、及很好的化學穩定性。同時，這些油的高粘度指數使得NO.199鋼索潤滑保護劑即使在低環境溫度下也不會變硬，而在高環境溫度下也不會變稀薄。

      另外，我們還在這些油中加入了特殊的添加劑使鋼索潤滑保護劑能有以下特點：

1.優異的抗磨損和抗極壓特性，從而減少了繩索在操作過程中金屬和金屬的接觸

2.良好的防鋼索鏽蝕性

      我們在NO.199鋼索防護潤滑劑中還加入了鉬和多種固態潤滑劑。這些添加物不僅使鋼索潤滑防護劑比常規的繩索潤滑油或柏油潤滑油具有更強的油膜強度，而且提高了防磨損性和抗極壓性能。由於上述的特性，每股鋼索之間、每束鋼索間以及和鋼索和卷軸之間的摩擦、磨損都被顯著的減弱了。

      在鋼索潤滑保護劑中加入的滲透潤滑油能使鉬和多種固態潤滑劑滲透到內索中。這種滲透作用，不僅提高了防磨損性，而且還加強了鋼索關鍵部位的潤滑作用。

      NO.199鋼索潤滑保護劑中含有的不含氯的易燃溶劑優化了該產品的粘度。這種溶劑的揮發性能使鋼索潤滑保護劑能迅速形成一層抵抗鏽蝕的保護外層，同時還能迅速地滲透入鋼索。

      NO.199鋼索潤滑保護劑具有以下優點：

Texas Refinery Corp. Dispensing Equipment

	Metal Barrel Pump Designed to work in drums from 15 to 55 gallons. Has telescoping tube assembly and is self-priming. Has a 2" pipe threaded base and a curved discharge spout with garden hose threads, that will accept the non-drip attachment.
	Takilube Grease Gun A metal grease gun designed to be used with 11 ounce caulking type tubes of Takilube. Note: Store Takilube inside or in cab of equipment for ease of application during cool weather.
	PVC Oil Sampling Pump Designed for easy sampling of liquids for the purpose of analysis. Comes with plastic sample container. Complete with 8 ft. plastic hose, can be used to remove sample of lubricants from equipment of all types and sizes.
	Pistol-Grip Grease Gun Heavy duty grease gun with a flexible 12 inch grease hose. Ingenious one-hand design, this gun will develop a working pressure up to 6,000 pounds. Features a zinc plated handle and r ed comfortable T-handle. Gun has two-way loading either cartridge or suction, a head cap port for adding air bleeder or bulk loader fitting and a 3 1/2 inch extension and coupler.
	Grease Gun Filler Pump Save time and money by using this gun filler. Designed for open top pails, loading of hand grease guns is easy. Grease is dispensed without contamination, quickly. 	Lever Action Grease Gun A grease gun for automotive professionals. Features an air-bleeder and bulk loader fitting for 3-way loading, 6 inch extension and deluxe coupler. Gun has a plated lever with comfortable oversized grip. Develops up to 10,000 pounds of working pressure.
	Macnaught Mini-Lube Pump Highly portable. Is designed for use on a 7 lb. grease container. The specially patented pressure gun has a two-way push button to develop high volume or high pressure greasing. Up to 10,000 p.s.i. greasing pressure can be developed. Complete with flexible grease hose, handle, and standard rubber edged follower plate. Ideal for those portable, yet small greasing application jobs.
	Gear Lube Pump Efficient and clean dispensing is yours with this filler pump. Heavy steel construction, with an oil-resistant hose assembly. For use with open top pails. Can be used with SAE 75, 80, 90 and 80W/90, 85W/140 and 140 weight gear lubricant. Can be used for automatic transmission fluids and motor oils. Ideal for individual and industrial users. For 45 lb. pails only.
	Gear Lube Pump Ready for immediate use. Consists of heavy durable cover and quality clear vinyl hose assembly. For use with SAE 75, 80, 90 80W/90, 85W/140 and 140 weight gear lubricants. For 120 lb. drums onl. Can be furnished with a meter on special order. *Also availiable #336-A with meter.
	Tireseal Pump Tireseal pump for 6 gallon pails. Includes set screw collar (for pump), 5vinyl hose, pail cover, quick connect coupler, and return valve. Pump delivers 1/2 pint with each complete stroke, easily and effortlessly. Built for years of service.
	Polypropylene Pump Designed to work on six gallon pails, 30, 35 and 55 gallon drums, fitted with the Rieke Flex Spout. It is a self-venting pump constructed of polypropylene. Required extension tubing and clamp are supplied with the pump. Designed for 360-degree spigot operation. You can dispense approximately 2, 4, 6, or 8 ounces by use of special adapter tubes supplied with the pump.
	Free Flow Spout A Free Flow Spout with a special air-control feature stops the "glug-glug" so the fluid can flow smoothly. The Free Flow Spout has a flexible clear plastic tube making it easier to fill those difficult, hard-to-reach places. You can also leave the sealed cap in place to prevent contaminationor to help prevent spillage. Can be used with containers of oil, cleaning solutions and very lightweight gear lubes.
	Chemical Resistant Spray Bottle Suitable for SUPER-EEZ PENETRATING OIL and other light oils like MOLY CHAIN OIL SAE 10. Unlike other sprayers, the oils will not deteriorate the plastic bottle or the sprayer.
	Power Cleanse Dispensers Hand Dispenser - Each case of six 4.5 pound containers of POWER CLEANSE  comes with a free hand pump. Hand pump also available seperately. Wall Mount Dispenser - Easy to use wall mounted dispenser is designed for each 4.5 pound container of POWER CLEANSE. Wall mount unit sold and shippped separately.
