Galvanized After Welded - GAW - wire meshes and fences are strong and durable. These products are made by dipping previously welded mesh into a bath of molten zinc. The entire fence or mesh, including the welded areas, is thoroughly sealed and protected against rust and corrosion. Because it is covered with so much more zinc than GBW galvanized before welded wire fencing, it will last years longer.

Weld mesh is hot dip galvanized to the highest standards and conforms to BS EN 10244-2 Class A.A thicker coat Should be necessary, i.e. BS EN ISO 1461 (replaces BS729), which can be obtained on request.

PVC coated welded wire mesh is manufactured from bright drawn mild steel wire to BS1052. Electronically welded at every intersection, it is produced in self-colour which is lightly copper coated to help prevent rusting. We offer 2 qualities of galvanising as well as powder coating in your choice of colour and PVC.
