  产品的基本原理：

 

产品内部有上下两个加热板，加热盒和热辊子，其缝隙之间通过内侧涂上PE、EVA胶水的塑封膜，这时胶片受到加热板传出的热把底片内部的胶粘剂融化，通过辊子时底片便开始塑封。

外观采用几何外形、圆角边缘设计，采用原色白和太空银两种IT行业色系，搭配办室配套设备，统一，协调，美观大方。

拥有ABS工程塑料结构外壳，均承重在60公斤以上，耐腐蚀、不生锈，坚固耐用。

人性化温控标注，根据各种膜片的厚度，标注适用于该膜片的温度范围。

设备统一制定国际安全标准，安全电压、防漏电设计、防手指进入安全面板、微电脑高温自动断电功能；

长时间待机自动关机功能、符合ISO9001、美国UL（国际性）、德国TUV（国际性）、GS（国际性）等国际性安全认证。
