刻字膜質感特殊，不同于一般全彩轉印，它適用於單色圖形或文字，常運用在球隊制服的隊標及號碼吧標、公司logo...等，使用非常方便及相當廣氾。

正常提供規格及顏色：19英吋 X 50碼/卷，W C M Y K等10多種顏色，可根據客戶具體要求訂做不同規格及顏色的產品。Normal size and colors: 19 inch X 50 yard/roll, W C M Y K and so on more than ten colors. It can be customized special size and color.

在設備上，則須和電腦割字機及燙畫機搭配使用。

二.使用說明：application manual:

1.用電腦割字機先切割成需要的形狀，撕離圖案以外的膠膜，切割深度以割入底層膠片10—30 UM為佳。

Cut the motif with computer cutting machine, peel away the glue film except the motif, the cutting depth will reach film bottom to 10-30um.

2.撕下保護膜（也可先撕離），用燙畫機直接轉燙在承印物上。

Peel off the protective film ( Can peel it away too), press the motif to print material with heat transfer machine directly.

3.轉燙溫度一般在150攝氏度到180攝氏度，時間為10秒到20秒，壓力20—30磅（根據不同材質及要求來定）。

Transfer temperature will be 150-180 ℃, dwell time will be 10-20s, press will be 20-30 pound (Can be set according to different material)

4.待產品冷卻后，將表面膠片撕離即可。（冷撕）

When the transfer cold, peel off the surface film.
