1.The description of PDC Bits

PDC Bit uses PDC as main cutting components, with the excellent wear-ability and impact toughness of the PDC. It has a long useful life, high-efficiency, and good performance cost ratio. PDC bit is mainly used for drilling soft and medium formation, it works under low drilling pressure, medium-low speed, big drainage. We can supply all kinds of PDC Core drill bits and non-core drill bits and they are widely used in the fields of geological exploration, coal mining, water conservancy and hydropower, construction of road and railway and provide reliable data support for drilling rock and coal of geology and engineering research. We can also design PDC bits according to customers' requirements, such as different geological condition, special strata and so on.

PDC (polycrystalline diamond compact) drill bit is produced with special high-frequency welding techniques and manufactured by welding PDC of high wear resistant Si to the steel body as cutting edges.
