Main Features and Application:
The machine applies to grinding and dispersing materials such as automobile paint, special ink, color paste of water printing, carbon black for textile pigment, sub-micro particles, paint and ink for electronic industry, iron oxide, etc. These materials are featured in hard to disperse and superfine. The machine has the following characteristics;
Controlled by PLC, can be provided with touch screen and dynamic graphic simulation of production upon requests of client.
Uniquely designed W-shaped grinding chamber, high milling efficiency, low consumption of abrasive medium, less residue left inside the chamber and low cost of application.
Advanced double water cooling system, applicable for temperature-sensitive materials.
The chamber adopts the unique manual hydraulic lift structure, easy to disassemble, clean and maintain. The main motor speed is controlled by frequency inverter, which can regulate the speed based on different materials.
The chamber is made from highly wear-resistant alloy steel, and the expendable parts can be changed separately, the maintain cost is low, no contamination for the materials.
