Spiral Grader, an beneficiation equipment, is widely used to split the mineral sands cooperating with Ball Mill; or to classify mineral sands from fine silt; or to classify the ore pulp according to their different particles in the metal beneficiation processing;or to dewater and carry off the mud from the materials in the washing mining processing. It is a very popular classifying equipment for its advantages of simply structure, reliable working, easy operation etc.
Principle of Working:
Different solid particles different proportions, and different speed falling down in the liquid. Thus, materials with different particles get into the grader together, the small particles floats on the water surface and overflow. While, the rough particles will sink into the bottom and then be pushed up by the spirals, and eventually get out. It is a mechanical classification equipment. It classifies the materials from the grinding machine in the way of getting the rough ore particles into the grinding machine for regrinding yet discharging the fine ore materials through the overflow tube.
Characters;
(1) Lower energy consumption: It can save 50% energy to deal with the same quantity than horizontal grader and vertical grader.
(2) High efficiency: Its efficiency is higher by 50% to deal with the same quantity than horizontal grader and vertical grader.
(3) High precision: The degree of classification is very high. It is avoidable to produce overlarge particles.
(4) Working under the negative pressure. No dust pollution and friendly-environment.
